Tracking your trips with Psngr is a breeze. Start a new trip manually or enable AutoPilot to let the app record all your trips automatically. Psngr will even detect different modes of transportation including driving, cycling, walking, and public transit. The app automatically adds stops to your trips when you pause and resumes recording when you start driving again. It also remembers locations and places you've visited in the past for future trips. If you forget to log a trip, don't worry - you can easily add it by entering your past departure time.

Psngr makes it easy to classify your trips. Simply swipe a trip to the right to classify it as business, or swipe to the left to classify it as personal or delete it. You can also add hashtags to trips for additional categorization or grouping. Fine-grained classification control is also available, allowing you to split mixed business and private trips or merge consecutive trips in the same day.

Generating reports with Psngr is quick and effortless. The app automatically generates weekly, monthly, quarterly, or annual reports that can be filtered by vehicle, hashtag, or driver. These comprehensive reports include mileage, locations, vehicle info, expenses, CO2 emissions, and more. For businesses using Psngr Enterprise accounts, employees can submit reports directly from the app for review and approval by their manager.

When it comes to tracking multiple vehicles, Psngr has got you covered. By plugging the Psngr Beacon device into each vehicle, the app will automatically detect your vehicle and log the trip accordingly. You can also create additional vehicles in the app to separate mileage logged with your private car versus your company car, for different fiscal entities, clients, projects, and more.

Psngr provides standard, tax-deductible mileage rates in over 15 countries. You can also add custom reimbursement rates that suit your needs. The mileage rates allow for expensing trips based on daily, monthly, or annual distance thresholds. Additionally, shared mileage rates can be created for a team of drivers or employees.
